Abstract

Trafficking creates human as commerce object by deception modus, trap, tease, fake appointment, forcing and exploitation, even the violations that insult the human. The Consortium of Indonesia Migrant Labour (KOBUMI) noted that 1-1.5 million from 5 million of Indonesia migrant labours are the victim. American Center for International Labor Solidarity (ACILS) report in 2003 noted that 700.000 to 1 million Indonesia migrant labours who is employable as prostitute. Many of provinces in Indonesia, such as North Sumatra, Riau, Lampung, West Java, Jakarta, Central Java, East Java, West Borneo, East Borneo, North Cele-bes, Bali, and The West Lesser Sundas are the sources of trafficking area. Seeing that trafficking serious problem in Indonesia, it is important to encourage the prevention by adopting many of ethic values as the reinforcement of human re-source and education. Here, Islamic education is important enough to overcome anti-trafficking.

Abstract

Existence of madrasa over time increasingly eroded by the waves leveling on behalf of accreditation. As an initiative to defend against scour vision of civiliza-tion, educational institution of Qudsiyyah finally returned to khittah to establish Mahad Qudsiyyah in Kudus which concentrates on aspects of ulu>mul fiqh. Goals to be achieved is a man of character formation intact (al-Kaun al-jami>) and the balance between mind and heart, body and spirit, skill and character, as well as cognitive, affective and psychomotor. Mahad Qudsiyyah have set up processes and educational management that reflects management measures, implementation strategies, readiness of human resources of education and edu-cation, indicators of success of the program, design a comprehensive program contains content and contextual analysis of the educational process, technical evaluation and monitoring programs and policy formulation.

Abstract

New world as a result of the development of science and technology mutakhir makes sign no longer reflect reality. Representation is no longer associated with the truth. The new world was built by various forms of distortion of reality, free game mark, meaning irregularities and artificiality meaning. The new world was built by many reality distortions, the free sign game, the deviation and appear-ance of meaning. A new reality world draws a metamorphosis which is got by human, from what mentioned as a reality condition, turn to post-reality. The post-reality will not effect at all to human if the critical awareness of human is kept on. Yet, if the critical awareness of human has been eroded, the human has artificial awareness. Actually, the post-reality is not a threat for human’s life if the critical awareness is kept on. Yet, if the critical awareness of human is erod-ed, human will be pressed and dominated by post-reality world.

Abstract

This article explains about life skills education which has role to confirm human function as Allah’s servant and as khalifah in this world. Life skills can help stu-dents to overcome life problems. These skills include the science aspect, mentali-ty, and vocational skills which are related to students’ moral development in order to face the problems in their life. The function of life related to Islamic culture is not only as the skill of work but also widely include the skill for doing the duties as an Allah’s servant and khalifah. The development of curriculum based on life skills must be internalized in formal school learning. This idea is based on the view point that education is for the meaning of life and not for look-ing job.

Abstract

Teachers play a role in improving the quality of education. As individuals, the teacher is the embodiment of all the unique characteristics according to its position as the teaching profession stakeholders. Personality is the primary foundation for self-realization as an effective teacher in carrying out their professional duties. This requires a teacher to be able to realize effective personal to carry out the functions and responsibilities. Teachers must know himself and is able to develop in the direction of the realization of a healthy personal and plenary. Teachers personality is an important factor for the success of ter-learning students. Personality of the teacher becomes an example for their students. Teachers personality into the factors that determine good or bad personality of the child. Good personality became a teacher requirements.

Abstract

This paper attempts to examine the important role of social capital in the meninges-forces madrasah education quality. Madrasah as national education subsystem has a heavy burden in carrying out the mandate of the law. The biggest problem is the activity of improving the quality of education that is determined by the achievement of the ultimate goal of education effectively and more efficiently. That goal is the realization of academic ability, moral and social. Structure and values of the communities around it is actually a social capital that should be used by the madrassa to improve the quality of education. Social capital is a means of achieving national education goals.

Abstract

This paper elaborates student echivement based on authority, education, and quality of students’ learning. The study shows that the relationship between au-thority, education, and quality of students’ learning activity toward learning result in middle school category is bigger than high or low school category. The quality of students’ learning activity is oppointed by authority and education implemented by the teachers in learning process. The authority, education, and quality of students’ learning have relation significantly to the student echive-ment. The relationship of authority, education, and quality of students’ learning is definitly difference in predicting their echivement. Trough authority and edu-cation in learning process, the student’s echivement can be increased.
